Kia adds two trims to 2023 Telluride, reveals Canadian pricing
The new X-Line and X-Pro trims add versatility to the Korean automaker's largest offering, which starts just under $50,000
Capitalizing on the model’s early success, Kia’s Telluride has for 2023 seen two new trims added to its range, in X-Line and X-Pro flavours. Arriving [hopefully] in dealers in November, they’re part of a mid-cycle refresh for the wildly popular large SUV.

For 2023, the Telluride’s exterior boasts brighter accents and the use of satin chrome, as well as modern upgrades to the front and rear. New LED highlight and fog lamp designs, a redesigned grille, front bumper, and wheels are also integrated. Finally, the rear LED layout has been revised, the bumper is redesigned, and, in an interesting move, all emblems are now in Hyper Silver.
Inside, redesigns include a larger 4.2-inch colour TFT Instrument Panel Cluster [on EX trim]; an upgraded 12.3-inch TFT LCD [on SX trim and higher]; and a 12.3-inch multimedia interface with a larger wireless phone charger area and an available 10-inch head up display. Additionally, a redesigned steering wheel, an available full-display digital rearview mirror, C-type USB chargers, and a walk-away close function on power tailgate are also part of the refresh.

Both of the two new trims add a rugged look and increased functionality, with available features including a 10-mm higher ground clearance, Tow Mode, an embossed front-seat backrest, dark accents, and high-gloss black bridge roof rails, front grille, and dark metallic accents throughout.

Millennial Mom’s Review: 2022 Kia Telluride
Functionally speaking, Kia’s got you covered with up to a 5,500-lb towing capacity [on X-Pro Only]; a 110V inverter in the cargo area [again, X-Pro only]; exclusive wheel designs[18-inchers on X-Pro, or 20-inchers on X-Line] and All-Terrain tires [18 inches] on X-Pro. There are also two new interior colours to choose from: Terracotta Brown [X-Line and X-Pro] and Sage Green [X-Pro only].
The 2023 Telluride also has more standard safety features, including: High-beam assist, second-row side airbags, forward collision avoidance with junction turning capability, and intelligent speed limit assist.
The two new trims end up at the two highest price slots in the Telluride lineup. The rundown now looks like this for the Canadian market:
EX AWD: $49,995 MSRP
SX AWD: $54,995 MSRP
SX Limited AWD: $58,995 MSRP
X-Line AWD: $60,995 MSRP
X-Pro AWD: $62,595 MSRP
