Glad I found this thread. I have exact same problem. Windows Server at my business using ethernet connectivity will error when MRD tries to sign in with MRD 30.3.3, Catalina, latest updates. If I use my usiness VPN, I can access the server, but when I start MRD to connect our software client, the error message reappears and is the same. Of note, I downloaded 10.3.4 beta and tried. Same error. It did solve a "disappearing" pointer/cursor issue that 10.3.3 was having. My IT department is baffled. Any ideas? Thanks! btw, the error message was not specific with a number. It only said server will not allow connection, or something close to that. The more exact message is the server cannot be found.

Just getting back to you. I installed and tried MRD 10.3.4 [1688]. It was better but would not connect. I mean better in that when I used the IP address for the host server I got to a point where it asked me to trust a certificate. I did. I tried repeatedly but the error message remained the same "the user Account did not work" Try again. I double checked all the credentials [password, IP, etc]. My IT department is working on things but I have no word yet. Any ideas?
