East Coast Car Rentals shuttle bus met our evening flight from Perth WA. They took us to their office where we completed the paperwork and collected our upgraded car a Mitsubishi Outlander. Great car, immaculately clean, plenty of room for passengers and luggage. Returning the car was easy and efficient. I would use East Coast Rentals again. The shuttle service was seamless and we appreciated the simple website to use and book! Staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and the car provided was immaculate! Only just off Adelaide Airport, so very quick and efficient shuttle ride. Friendly, helpful staff at desk. Nothing was too much trouble. Due to some family issues had to bring the car back a week early and much to my surprise and delight they refunded me some money(after taking a small fee) which I thought was very fair. The gentleman on the bus was amazing, he made our trip seamless to the office location, I hope his back gets better. The Staff inside the office is amazing, although it was busy they greeted me with a smile, and explained every detail. The prices here are very cheap compared to the quality of service provided. I don't think I will ever swap to a different company if east coast is operating in the area. Would definatley use this company again Date of experience: 11 February 2024 A good system at the Hobart office of…A good system at the Hobart office of checking in, they provide a full set of photos of the car by email that they take in front of you just prior to you being given the keys. The car was excellent, modern, low kms, clean and fresh. I'd probably request the same car next time (Nissan Qashqai) despite having a Hybrid Corolla in Sydney a week later and it being better on fuel - the Corolla was nowhere near as good re user friendly technology and climate control. East coast provides a shuttle service of our two trips, the second driver was excellent, personable and a steady driver whereas the driver of the first one was friendly enough but I got motion sick and his driving could have been smoother. CONRAD, he is incredible, he remembered my name after only one visit. Which made me keep going back. The cars are lovely and clean and the staff are so efficient. I never have to wait long from getting from the terminal to driving away in my rental! Only downside, is my next trip is in Perth, and well it's the West Coast. Highly recommend l! We rented a great car, really clean, prompt pick up etc. We then needed to change our plans because of a cyclone and East coast were super accomodating and we were able to extend the car for a few more days. This was with minimal cost too, as we ended up returning it to the same drop off location so the different drop off location fee was waived. The MG was perfect for our 9 day journey to the Sunshine Coast and back.
