Chương trình Corporate Management Trainee (CMT) của Jardine Restaurant Group (JRG) là chương trình thực tập sinh dành cho tất cả các bạn trẻ sinh viên năm 3,4 có thành tích nổi bật và các bạn trẻ đã ra trường dưới 2 năm kinh nghiệm.

Quản Trị Viên Tập Sự sẽ hoàn tất chương trình trong 2 năm, được luân chuyển công việc qua một số phòng ban tại Pizza Hut Việt Nam (PHV) và trải nghiệm thực tập 3 tháng tại 1 trong các quốc gia có sự hiện diện của tập đoàn JRG. Sau thời gian đào tạo, Ban lãnh đạo của JRG và PHV sẽ đánh giá và chọn lựa các thực tập sinh xuất sắc cho các vị trí Lãnh Đạo nòng cốt phù hợp.

Lộ trình đào tạo của chương trình CMT:

• 3 tháng: Thực nghiệm tại các nhà hàng
• 18 tháng: Được luân chuyển qua 3 phòng/ban và làm việc tại Văn phòng Pizza Hut Việt Nam
• 3 tháng: Thực nghiệm tại nước ngoài

Quyền lợi:

Talentnet Trainee Program (TTP) is a program to recruit, train and develop young talents in the field of Human Resources Consulting, organized by Talentnet Corporation.

TTP 2023 is going to have an opportunity to work at the 3 important and biggest business units of Talentnet. They are:
• PYR: Payroll Outsourcing
Provide services related to Expat (visa, work permit, salary and PIT)
Provide services related to in-depth payroll according to international standards
• HRO: Human Resources Outsourcing
Provide recruitment services for multi-position, from senior level and below
Provide outsourced human resources services and project manpower (signing labor contracts and calculating monthly salary)
Provide pre-employment check service
• HCS: Human Capital Solutions & Salary Survey Service
Support and advice customers on issues related to human resource management
Provide services of collecting and checking salary and welfare survey data from customers
Support customers in hi-tech solutions of using the system and generating reports from the system

Yêu cầu công việc

Students who are about to graduate from universities, or colleges in Ho Chi Minh City or have graduated with less than 2 years of working experience. It is recommended that the students have majors related to Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, and Law.
