I received an EVOO 11.6 Laptop for Xmas. After using for 2 weeks it stopped charging, turned off while plugged in and will not turn back on. Any suggestions?

If this is a brand-new machine, I would recommend returning it to wherever it was purchased and look at having it either replaced or repaired under warranty.
