Computer Unreachable

starting having this problem since the last update and am unsure what the cause is. My computer is connected via ethernet, same as before the update but now I get the message, "computer unreachable"

Has anyone encountered a similar error?

Hello. If anybody could help me with this, I'd sure appreciate it.

I can't get Virtual Desktop app to connect with the shadow PC, but it'll connect with my home laptop just fine [It's on the same network].

I notice that on my home laptop, the virtual desktop streamer is 1.10.2

On the shadow pc, it's 1.12.

Could this be contributing to the problem?

I've reinstalled everything [With the exception of virtual desktop app on my oculus quest, I'm going to try that now].

Cloud computing and allow remote connection is turned on.

I've also disabled all the windows defender firewalls on both my laptop and shadow pc. Reactivated them when I saw that wasn't the issue.

I've performed port forwarding as well, no dice.

UPNP or whatever it's called is turned on for my router.

My modem/router is Arris SBG10

80 + MBPS download on wifi.

I'm afraid of spiders.

Anything I left out?

Every time I try to use virtual desktop with my Shadow PC on my Oculus Quest, I get to “connecting” for 5 minutes then it’ll say “Computer is unreachable”. I have tried the workaround thing everyone is talking about but that doesn’t work and I do not think it is my wifi but even if it is I cannot access my router settings please some one help me!!!
