Adaptive Cruise Control with traffic stop and goThe available Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) system takes basic cruise control to the next level of convenience. Set your pre-determined speed and distance to the vehicle ahead, and ACC will automatically adjust your speed to maintain the set distance. The system will even operate in stop-and-go traffic, bringing the vehicle to a complete stop when necessary and then resuming automatically. Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance AssistAvailable Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance-Assist not only uses radar to detect when a vehicle is in the driver’s blind spot, but will also help avoid a collision by gently applying brake power on the opposite tire to help deter an unsafe lane change. Driver Attention WarningDesigned to detect the onset of driver fatigue, this standard system will monitor driver input and issue a visual and audible alert if fatigue is sensed, suggesting a driving break. Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian Detection and available Cyclist and Junction-Turning DetectionThis
standard safety innovation detects rapid closing distances to the vehicle ahead, pedestrians in your path and, when equipped, cyclists. If a potential forward collision is detected, audible and visual warning notifications will alert the driver. If the driver does not react to avoid impact, the system can apply emergency braking under certain conditions. High Beam AssistUsing the front-mounted camera and light detection technology, standard High Beam Assist provides an extra level of convenience by automatically switching between high and low beams when traffic is detected ahead. Highway Driving AssistAvailable Highway Driving Assist, working in conjunction with Lane Following Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control with traffic stop and go, conveniently helps you keep to the speed limit by adjusting your set cruise control speed as the speed limit changes, based on GPS and highway data, and automatically decreases your speed before entering a highway curve section. Lane Departure Warning with Lane Keeping AssistStart drifting outside of your lane without signalling and this standard system is designed to inform you with audible and visual cues. If no action is taken, Lane Keeping Assist can apply corrective steering assistance to help keep the vehicle within the lane markings.
Lane Following AssistUsing the front-view camera to detect lane markers on the road, this standard feature assists the driver’s steering to help keep the vehicle centred inside the lane. Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist – ReverseBack into a parking spot with confidence. This available feature will provide an audible warning if the rear of the vehicle gets too close to an object. As the vehicle approaches closer to the object, the warning sound will increase in frequency. If the vehicle is not stopped, the system can apply automatic braking to help avoid hitting the object. Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance AssistWhen reversing out of areas with low visibility, this available system warns the driver if a vehicle approaches from either side. It can also apply the brakes automatically under certain conditions if no action is taken. Rear Occupant AlertAs the engine is turned off, a visual warning in the instrument cluster and audible alert reminds you to check the rear seats before exiting. Safe Exit WarningWhen a vehicle approaching from behind in the adjacent lane is detected, this feature warns passengers in advance to keep them from stepping out onto the road when it is dangerous. Why Elantra is discontinued?Hyundai India has discontinued its only D-segment sedan offering, the Elantra, and has subsequently taken the car's details off of its website. Since November last year, no units of the Elantra have found new homes, thus prompting the South Korean brand to bid adieu to its flagship sedan for the Indian market.
Is new Elantra coming to Pakistan? From Jan 2022 to Feb 2022, sales of Hyundai Elantra increased by 186%. Encouraged by this positive response, the Korean automaker has now decided to launch Elantra 1.6L in Pakistan. This means this sedan will compete with the top of the line variants of Toyota Yaris and Honda City in the local market.
When did the 2022 Elantra come out? With a release date of the end of 2021, the 2022 Hyundai Elantra is a carryover model. This compact sedan offers a high fuel economy, comfortable but basic interiors, and a plethora of driver-assistance features that make the Elantra a very appealing choice.
