Grab taxi ho chi minh reviews năm 2024

THE WORST! their app has technical issues - it picks up your location when you order, and when you try to change the delivery location, it lets you type it, but defaults to wherever it had picked up your location to. And then literally gives you no way to change it - at all. Even seconds after you place the order and realize the tech issue. No one to call. A chat line that constantly says “sorry can you retype” Ina loop. The modern day fraud. Dont waste your money. And then search Grab riders who literally drop their pant and pass faeces at the bottom of stairwells. This company is a disgusting slight on humanity.

verry bad

verry bad. Mostly the drivers not quick on your pickup point. Sometimes waitingtime is 40 minutes!! And how irritating and onlogical; you see, that the driver on the map or overview is an x- time distance away from you, then afyer a waitingtime it is twice as far away for x time. The driver apparently does not know the way or it is a scam of the application. They respont, when on their way to you, that they choose for un other pickuppoint you chosen!!! not clever, when you have heavy suitcases..

worse experience

Proper scam. We pre-booked a taxi the day before, in Thailand. The driver confirmed. Close to the pick-up time, the driver cancelled and they hold our money. We had to pay twice to arrange a new transfer in loco. Not reliable at all. Avoid this app. Best to get private number of a trusted driver and get in touch with him/her directly and agree on price.

Singapore- Booked a grab hitch for 2pm…

Singapore- Booked a grab hitch for 2pm at around 1pm, managed to get a driver who confirmed the ride at 1.20pm. At 1.59pm he just decided to cancel the ride and now I have to pay $12 extra to get to the location. What’s the point of grab hitch if drivers can just cancel????????

Repeatedly unreliable Taxi and Food delivery

Taxi often accept order and not moving, usually waiting over 30 minutes to get Grab ride in Kuala Lumpur any time a day even when there's not much traffic (ETA always around 10minutes). Food delivery same - 60+ mins waiting when original estimate is <30 mins, cold food not compensated.

Worked well everywhere except Vietnam

Beware of charges that occur when they shouldn't. When cancelling 2 rides which said "drivers not available" and therefore cancelling the rides, the charges appeared anyway on my cc. Good luck with customer service as they are not helpful. Grab worked well in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Thailand. Vietnam was a thumbs down.

Grab is Broken

Grab is broken. Used to be a good company but now incompetent and very arrogant in the way they treat customers.

I use them regularly in many countries in APAC for my business travel. But my bank account gets saturated with numerous small charges and adjustments.

So I applied for a business account. They acknowledged my application with a 'no reply' email.

10 days later they emailed me to tell me they could not approve my application because they 'couldn't verify my information. Whatever that means. My business is a Singapore registered company and they were provided with all the details !

They invited me to apply again. So I did, or tried to. I went through their application process many times but when you get to the final step where they ask you to upload details of your business it doesn't work. Its broken ! You get a message :

A technical error occurred. Its not you. Just try again.

How many times ??? I've tried at least 10 times.

I'll have to go back to taxis. At least that way you pay once and you get a receipt.

So sad, Grab was good, I liked it. But as is so often the case all good things come to an end !

Do not provide your credit card information to Grab

if Grab wants to be an international company they must operate accordingly. I have tried to stop my subscription, which is not possible. It is also not possible to get help from any support at all. I have had to block my credit card and get a new one at the bank. So don't give your credit card details to Grab - they will abuse your card

Good Promos, But Many Kind of Fees

Grab Food has been my go-to for ordering meals, as I've never tried their bike service. One thing I appreciate about Grab is their frequent discounts and deals, which help save some cash. However, I've noticed there are quite a few fees involved, which can sometimes make the discounts feel less exciting. Still, when compared to other similar services in my area, Grab tends to offer better deals overall, making it my preferred choice for food delivery despite the occasional fees.

Grab khiến khách hàng mất tiền oan.

Đặt đơn hàng thanh toán bằng momo, đã trừ tiền nhưng hủy đơn 2 lần không hoàn, mọi người nên gỡ bỏ app và dùng app khác như Be hay Go. Recently made orders for food and paid with momo account linked to my internet banking account, money has been subtracted for twice but those orders are cancelled without refund. It's vital that everyone should remove the app and use the other one, instead.

Misplaced the phone in Grab driver car

Misplaced the phone in Grab driver car. My friend call the Grab car

9397 at 9am . Short journey from Changi Airshow to Changi Airport T2 gate 7. At 9:48am I was alerted the phone is misplaced in the pax seat. Contacted grab from 9:50 to 11:40am finally after several attempts all via apps Driver replied. He declined to leave a contact & returned the phone. He preferred to send the phone to HQ the next day & said he was busy picking passengers. ( all info was provided by Navindran the 5th operator) If I needed the phone to record my memories and EWallet the holiday will be ruined. Driver prefer to get credit for his honest service from Grab company and did not want to go extra mile to help passengers. His actions is doubtful because he chooses money and fame over helping. It is a shame to have this kind of behaviour in today society.

I don't even want to give them 1 star

I don't even want to give them 1 star. The company is useless. We've been in Phuket for 5 weeks and I've ordered Grab so many times, the order is confirmed, but the driver doesn't bother turning up. Earlier today, I ordered, driver confirmed, i texted the driver 3 timesto make sure he's coming, he confirmed he's coming but after 10 minutes I could see the car has not moved at all. I cancelled the trip again. I've cancelled 80% of the trips due to drivers not bothering to turn up. Terrible company.

This was my first time using Grab

This was my first time using Grab. I used it in Phuket Thailand and had a very good experience. The app was easy to use. They keep you informed by chat. Our driver came in 2 mins. He was very friendly and professional. There were no hidden charges. We paid what it said on the app. We were very happy to leave him a tip.

I am in Koh Samui

I am in Koh Samui, I ordered food 90 minutes ago, and they cancelled the order just now saying there were no drivers in my area.

I am staying 10 minutes drive from Chaweng - the most popular part of the island, ordering from a restaurant in Chaweng!!!

To make someone wait 90 minutes from 8pm to 9.30pm to tell them you can’t deliver their dinner is the worst service ever - totally screwing around with my day just because they are incompetent. Of course I’m hangry, but in this case it is completely justified.

Never use this company, they are an absolute joke.

Everything is so well organised in…

Everything is so well organised in Singapore, except Grab:

  1. doesn't show up a third of the time. Apparently (a Grab driver told me) this is a strategy: let you wait in the hope you cancel so they get the cancellation money
  2. often drivers have no idea where they go to, they can only follow google maps and you will find yourself at the wrong side of the street often. Not trained like real taxi drivers.
  3. you can ask for a proper taxi but: 1) very few available as reduced for 40 over thousand taxis to 12 thousand or so. 2) rather often the crappy Grab rides are priced more expensive. And as real taxis can accept crappy Grab rides they will not accept the lower tariff and you end up with a crappy Grab. 3) lousy customer service: I stopped giving my credit card as they take whatever they feel like from your card. Only because I could prove I paid by Pay Now I was refunded. But what if you pay by cash? Seriously, they should force Grab drivers to give you a receipt so you can prove payment. Till then there is no way I give my credit card. 4) Please tell drivers not to put those horrible fake smells in their car, really bad for asthma sufferers. 5) and last but not least: come on, put some real taxis at the Convention Centre. It's a shame that Singapore tries to attract by all means international events but oversea customers have to download an app to get one of the crappy Grabs or stand in line for hours. Therefore, Singapore's worse company.

fraudulent and very dishonest in refund

They are very dishonest when it comes to refund. Their policies are very fraudulent and they will try their best to not return the money back to you. The only reason why they are able to do it is because of the monopoly they have in the market.

Worst service ever

The decline of their customer service is just deplorable - everything has been removed and only chatbots available with no solution that is already listed in their FAQ. What a sad budget cut leaving customers paying for a ‘premium’ membership monthly of what feels like a scam.

Delivery comes in tiers and even if you pay extra and if the food comes late nothing is compensated - or even if the food never comes there is no compensation for waiting starving.

On top of that utilising vouchers for deliveries that never arrived - not even refunded.

GrabShare rides with drivers that never come that still charge you 4$ for cancelling despite the driver not arriving after 1 hour and refusing to cancel on their end.
