Great concept, yet failed to perform

I was so excited when the mailman dropped off my new ONN. 65 Universal Laptop Charger with 10 Interchangeable Tips, but the excitement fizzled out fast. I found the tip needed for my laptop and plugged it in. To my dismay a message popped up on my laptop saying it detected a non compatible charging device. My laptop is very new and it is a more expensive model. I do not know if this was specifically done by the maker so you would have to buy their brand and no other. Now had it worked with my laptop I couldn't have been more happy. The charger itself and the interchangeable tips look like the are made of high quality materials, and are very nice and sleek looking. The charger is not in any way big and bulky. It has a nice weight to it but not too heavy like some char...
